Everything below reads from what a platform already publishes on a public profile.

Why a metric we cannot read is labelled as such instead of filled with a zero.
Social platforms don't expose every metric, and they differ by platform. Rather than invent numbers or show misleading zeros, Creator Analytics labels each metric as available, limited, or not available — so what you see is what the data really supports.

Any public profile you look up. Creator Analytics reads only publicly accessible content and metrics — it does not access private or restricted accounts, and it is not a backup tool.

We show top content by the metrics a platform exposes (like likes or comments). We do not claim a genuine outlier or virality scoring model.
No. TikTok and Instagram expose different fields, and some aren't available on both. The page marks what's available, limited, or not available.
There's a free tier with 3 profile lookups a month and a limited preview of the report. Deeper analysis and higher volume are part of a paid plan — see Pricing.
