Yes. The Free plan covers 3 profile lookups a month, a limited public-profile analytics preview, and TXT and CSV exports. It needs an account but no payment details.
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually. The price, currency and billing interval are shown on each plan before you subscribe, and annual billing is discounted where a plan shows a saving. Checkout happens in the CreatorSaver app.
Yes. Cancellation is self-service from your account and stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds follow our published Refund Policy — generally within 7 days of a first monthly charge or 14 days of a first annual charge, with duplicate charges and qualifying service failures corrected outside that window, and statutory consumer rights always taking precedence where they give you more.
