Find quick answers about transcripts, creator analytics, privacy, billing and troubleshooting.
The questions people actually send us, grouped by the part of the product they are about.
Welcome to the CreatorSaver FAQ center, where you will find answers to the most common questions about turning public videos into transcripts and public profiles into content reports. The questions are grouped into categories so you can find what you need quickly, whether you are new to CreatorSaver or looking for a specific detail.
The FAQ covers how transcripts are generated and exported, what a Creator Analytics report does and does not include, how public-data access and privacy work, what each plan costs and how billing and refunds are handled, and what to do when something goes wrong. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for, our support team is ready to help through the Contact Us page.
Browse the category tabs above. Getting Started covers the basics for new users. Transcripts explains bulk jobs, translation and export formats. Creator Analytics sets out exactly which metrics are available, limited or not offered. Privacy and Safety addresses public-data and security questions. Billing covers plans, quotas, renewal and refunds. Troubleshooting helps resolve common issues.
CreatorSaver is designed to be straightforward, but questions still come up. This page is updated as the product changes, and we aim to give clear answers with honest limits — including the things we do not offer, which are stated plainly rather than left vague.
